The craft is a standard 85’ Twin Screw Motor Yacht built on the Aqua-Star 85’ hull and superstructure mouldings to the following specification.

HULL

A Glass reinforced plastic moulding constructed to Lloyds Register of Shipping recommendations and a modern Lloyds approved moulding factory using the latest Isophthalic gelcoat, woven cloth reinforcing, Balsa cored topsides for extra stiffness and insulation. Stringers, water tanks, main bulkheads and engine settings are moulded to the hull, 5 water tight bulkheads. Colour Royal Yacht Blue or White.

ENGINE ROOM

There is a watertight door aft. The main engines are situated in the engine room with a portable treadplate sole arranged between them. The hatches and bearers over the engines are completely removable and the underside of the hatches, bulkheads, aft and engine room sides to waterline are lined with sound proofing materials.

 The craft is divided into 5 watertight compartments; chain locker, the forward cabin accommodation. Machinery space and the aft cabins and aft-hold. The forepeak drains overboard the forward and aft accommodation which are fitted with a bilge auto/manual Electric pumps. The machinery space and aft hold is also fitted with these pumps.

Overhead linings are pf PVC. Carpet is fitted throughout to owner’s choice of pattern from the standard range. Curtain pelmets and track are fitted throughout the craft to owner’s choice.
